Zig Zag Feelings
By Julia Fernandes
November 6, 2012

Feelings rarely run straight
Though they start from the gate
Of the human heart
Crossing every important part

One day they go zig
The next day they go zag
And then one fine day --
They decide to go zig zag

Sometimes you feel happy
Sometime sad,
Some days are so bad
That you cannot help but be sad

I wish I could,
Hold them down
And say to them,
Hey, don’t make us a clown

But, they listen to none
And do their own thing
I know I am done --
When they go zig zag one on one
